Sue Ellen Kolman has been reading cards and teaching others to do so for over 35 years. She sees her card readings as an extension of the healing work in which she has been involved. A Certified Mari-El Practitioner, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and a Certified Theta Healer, she also employs energy clearing techniques to help people heal themselves.
“This is technically my first book,” she claims, since her autobiography, “Is This a Heartache or Is My Bra Too Tight?” has yet to make it from her wry smile onto paper. Among her many talents are the ability to wiggle her ears and cross her eyes without either action producing the predicted permanent damage spoken of by her parents.
An enthusiastic collector of puns, jokes, and stories, Sue Ellen is committed to enjoying as much as possible. Thankfully, she seems to have attracted several Guides, Angels, and Spirits who are happy to advise her using “Coin of the Realm,” leading to many chuckles and grins with their channeled messages.
Her two wonderful daughters, a religious school administrator/teacher in San Francisco and a physical therapist in Denver, are no longer as embarrassed as they used to be about their mom’s “weirdness.” Sue Ellen, on the other hand, is always a little wary when one of them is overheard remarking, “Well, as my mother always says . . . . ”
She is currently a part-time instructor at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon.
